Very good read. Easy to understand. Great but enjoyed it very much. Highly recommend to anyone who has any aches and pains in their body.
sinew channels and muscle channels are somewhat separate than the more commonly studied primary, divergent, connecting, and extraordinary channels.
Having a poster that shows you points of the deeper channels, and not even all of them, does not follow tradition on what constitutes a muscle or sinew channel.

Might work as a reference chart but you will need other books as well. I suggest looking at David Legge's (Sydney College Press) publications.
